I'd just like to savour each one in their own right. However, I did recently read and watch Water for Elephants and was impressed by how closely the adaptation stayed to the story. I also want to go and see "The Help" when it comes out - that looks fabulous and if it's as good as the book then I can't go wrong!Annhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02062625442820022669noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1027883187751199935.post-9879058420655027822011-05-27T16:43:53.922+02:002011-05-27T16:43:53.922+02:00I agree, LOTR did a great job of making the Middle...I agree, LOTR did a great job of making the Middle Earth world come to life. I also agree that the Harry Potter movies are good, and I like them, but I do wish they could have stayed a little closer to the books in some cases. But they're still good movies!

Anja @ http://reading2011.blogspot.com/Anja K.https://www.blogger.com/profile/04807435343847113353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1027883187751199935.post-76054766187926399432011-05-27T15:45:47.857+02:002011-05-27T15:45:47.857+02:00Just stopping by on the Blog Hop.
I agree with...Just stopping by on the Blog Hop.

I agree with Harry Potter and LOTR as being great adaptations. Even if they didn't necessarily stay as true to the books as I would have liked - especially in the case of Harry Potter - they did a great job of conveying the world created by the author.Melissa @ Confessions of an Avid Readerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03320886752332455903noreply@blogger.com
